- Initial virtual consultation (up to 75 minutes) - $300
- Initial in-person consultation (up to 75 minutes) - $300
- Initial pediatric consultation (ages 0-14) (60 minutes) - $250
Follow-up appointments
- 60 minute follow-up appointment - $250
- 45 minute follow-up appointment - $190
- 30 minute follow-up appointment - $125
- 15 minute follow-up appointment - $65
- 5-minute phone call - $20
Cancellation policy
- Out of consideration for Dr. Volk and our other patients, if you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or if you miss a scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
