Do you offer direct billing?

Yes, we offer direct billing  to most insurance providers.
Some plans will require patients to submit on their own.
We always provide receipts for you to submit and can sometimes submit these on your behalf. Learn more about direct billing here. 

​What does it cost?

There are two main costs: appointment fees and optional lab testing.

Appointment fees vary depending on visit length. 

Lab testing is optional and only recommended when helpful for your situation. If testing is suggested, the cost is discussed in advance and you can opt in or out.

Most patients will need an initial visit and 1–2 follow-ups to get started.

All naturopathic services and lab testing are generally tax-deductible in BC as medical expenses.

Do I need laboratory testing? 

Lab testing is not necessarily recommended for every patient.
Lab testing may be recommended when:

• You haven't had any lab testing for years or decades
• I'm looking to rule out potential factors causing symptoms
• I need to confirm a diagnosis before initiating treatment
• When the results of the testing are important to determine next steps in your treatment. 
• We are identifying baseline levels with the purpose of initiating preventive support before symptoms arise.
