Current rates and fees
Initial appointments:
- Initial virtual/in-person consultation (60-90 minutes) - $375
- Extended initial virtual/in-person consultation (90-120 minutes) - $450
- Initial pediatric consultation (ages 0-14) (60 minutes) - $250
Follow-up appointments
- 60 minute follow-up appointment - $250
- 45 minute follow-up appointment - $190
- 30 minute follow-up appointment - $125
- 15 minute follow-up appointment - $65
- 5 minute phone call - $20
- 10 minute phone call - $40
Bioresonance testing (in-office only)
- $250 (60-75 minutes)
**Individuals who are not existing patients are welcome to book in for bioresonance testing. Following the test, Dr. Volk will review the results with you and may discuss some follow-up options based on the results. However, a formal treatment plan is not included as part of this appointment. All individuals tested receive a full digital copy of their results following the appointment.
Miscellaneous
- 10 minute Prescription Refill - $40
- Letter of medical necessity (for work, travel, etc) - $25
Cancellation policy
- Out of consideration for Dr. Volk and our other patients, if you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or if you miss a scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
