Yes! Both virtual and in-person appointment options are available. If you're anywhere in BC, I can work with you.
Q: Do you offer direct billing to my health insurance provider?
Yes! Direct billing is available for most of health insurance providers. See a current list of insurers we can direct bill here.

**Individuals who are not existing patients are welcome to book in for bioresonance testing. Following the test, Dr. Volk will review the results with you and may discuss some follow-up options based on the results. However, a formal treatment plan is not included as part of this appointment. All individuals tested receive a full digital copy of their results following the appointment.
Miscellaneous
- 10 minute Prescription Refill - $50
- Letter of medical necessity (for work, travel, etc) - $40
Cancellation policy
- Out of consideration for Dr. Volk and our other patients, if you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or if you miss a scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
